MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023 ganadores (no hubo gala ni alfombra roja por la huelga de guionistas)

En los MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023 ganaron como mejor serie The Last of Us, y en película: Scream VI. El premio Genio de la comedia fue para Jennifer Coolidge. No hubo gala ni alfombra roja por la huelga de guionistas en Hollywood. Las presentadoras, Drew Barrymore y Jamie Lee Curtis, habían confirmado que no participarían en apoyo a la huelga. Algunos de los galardonados dieron las gracias a través de las redes sociales.
